Cant reload config file and TF2Items cannot read them.Seems like im messed up with new steam ids so help.

Why are you using Unique IDs? Just update to the Sourcemod snapshot 4558/4559 and use Steam IDs...

Wait a sec where im can get old steam id?Because steam id finder already use that ids U:1:1433******
