Hi, since the last update for left 4 dead 2 , by 5/14/2024 , the server kept going through a restart-loop,

my sourcemod is heavily modified, downloading the new update fixes the loop issue, but i need to apply my own sourcemod, so please help me, what were the changes exactly that fixed this issue? i checked github and no changes were made between last 2 commits , the last commit merely modifies the comments nothing more, i tried to download the last commit and the released version is 1.5 MB for the main dll file (and the restart issue still occurs when used) while the one downloaded on sourcemod website (not on github) is 500KB only, please help me in resolving this issue, why was the last release not shared on github? and what was the fix?
