I was converting some of the extra items from 4.3 to 5.0 and one thing that restricted me is ZP_PLUGIN_HANDLED.

According to the zombie plague include file.

Can someone please explain what is the alternative for ZP50 for this native?

You dont need this return to 5.0, This return is used to return the ammo packs when they put a limit on extra item this is only to 4.3 version, in version 5.0 does not need it because this already implemented..

Thanks Wicho for the answer. Does that mean that I can just eliminate the usage of this return from my plugins?

if u are using the natives and forward of 5.0 yes..
