if I'm not mistaken, you can hook the user message (Shake) and prevent it from there.
But may have another way to do that.

I think that's how silvers removes the blood splatter.

If there is a list of those user messages it should be blockable like this.

Or if the shake is an env_shake mb you can remove that.

Patching was a better option, otherwise all screen shakes would be blocked with the usermessage method.
