maybe your using an older version of sourcemod or the plugin gunxpmod.smx hasent compiled properly i dont know apart from them

That's an error coming from sqlite.

u must make all of sql functions to show it`s name or something to know where the sql error is from.
so when u create sql callback,
u must add that codes manually.
when find where is callback fucntion that makes that error,
u maybe can find where is generated position of that sql sentense
and can fix it
