does any one know a plugin that blocks "sm plugins list" command?

so if a player type the command "sm plugins list" in the console he will get kicked/banned?

Not possible from within sm. The command is intentionally exposed.

If someone is taking your traffic by having the same public plugins as you, I'd start looking at the other differences between the servers, admins, players, and communities.

Besides, using the list is not the only way to tell what's on there.
