[TF2] Play a sound with X seconds left.

Hello. My community wants a mod for our server to play a sound file when there are X seconds left of mini-round stage 3 of Dustbowl. If anyone can code this.

We're willing to donate a small bit of money for this modification if requested, thank you.

You could just start a timer at roundstart with the roundlength - 3 seconds

No one interested? I figure it's possible to modify this: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=70912 to achieve it, but I'm not sure how.
