That plugin already supports custom skyboxes.

all you need to change the skybox is calling this OnMapStart

PHP Code:

public OnMapStart() {
   DispatchKeyValue(0, "skyname", "sky_alpinestorm_01");
} 


it would change the skybox to sky_alpinestorm_01.
if you want custom skyboxes, use some other plugin to force your clients to download the corresponding files.
