We can't give you a step-by-step. If you want that, go contact TP-Link

If you have a Router then you need to forward your Port.
There are many ways to forward the Port but im telling you the easiest.

1. Open your Windows Firewall
2. Open Exceptions Tab
3. Below, click on Add Port

In the Name field put any thing. Example: HLDS
In the Port Number field put your port. Example: 27015
Click on UDP.

Now click Ok and close the Windows Firewall.

NOTE: You need to make your Windows Firewall On at all time or just at when you run your server because if Windows Firewall shut downs your Port will be blocked again and server will not shown in the Internet.

Now start your server and choose the port that you have forwarded (27015).
