For all you scripting experts out there...is the scripting tutorial on www.amxmodx.org/doc a valid tutorial to learn small? Because I don't want to waste my time reading it unless its a good tutorial...

You don't read it to learn small... you read it to learn the basics of AMX Mod X scripting... if you want to learn small... the best thing is to read the Small Doc , don't have link but you can find it in search here. But seriously , the best ways to learn :
1. Read any tutorials you can find to learn the basic syntax.
2. Read others plugins that are similar to what you are attempting to make so you can learn off of how they did what.
3. Ask specific questions in the Scripting help section about a problem or how to do something.
