Vip Mod for Counter Strike Source

Hello, I would like to see a VIP MOD as in 1.6 for CS Source.
All that now exist are not working = \ please think over how to organize such a mod.

Здравствуйте, хотелось бы увидеть VIP MOD как в 1.6 для CS Source.
Все которые сейчас существуют не рабочие =\ пожалуйста подумайте над тем как бы организовать такой мод.

But as far as i know my clan has the only working one we are working on releasing it but we lost the source code so we are trying to remake it.
