For ip use get_user_ip(...).
For steamid use get_user_authid(...).
For currentmap use get_mapname(...).
For nextmap get the value of amx_nextmap CVAR.
For timeleft use get_timeleft().
For country use geoip_country(...) from the geoip module.

Or you can tell when exactly you want to show that message and I'll make it.

Try enabling the GeoIP module from moduls.ini in the configs folder. (enable it by removing ;)
