1º- Normal kill 15 HP
2º- Headshot kill 30 HP
3º- [VIP] tag
4º- Earn 50 AP each round
5º- Earn He,Flash,Smoke each round
6º- Earn +200 money each round
7º- Slot
8º- Only vips can buy auto-sniper
9º- Can call admin saying /req
10º- Vip model
11º- VIP 1 month
12º- When VIP connect to the server say his nick in blue
13º- Chat blue
Vip costs: 2.10 EUR
send money to: [email protected]
Say /vips (to see who vips are online) /vip (to buy menu) /vipinfo (to see features of buy vip)

For the Hp u can use Vampire Plugin
and tell us what's flag u want for VIP ..

Lol that is what I was thinking. There are free VIP plugins on the server. Find one that is close and edit it accordingly.
