(Request) Weapon menu

I would like you to make two edits on this plugin (http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=9430)
1. Make it admin-only.
2. You should be able to select which player to give the weapon to after you've selected it as in a menu like this:

Give Counter-Terrorists
Give Terrorists
Give Player
Give Hazz

If you do this for me I'll be you forever thankful. I really need this for my clan server... So please help me

btw, give people time, this is an international thingy so people have different time zones so give urself a day or week before bumping this thread again
