Can I make license for maps ? Coz I've seen that for plugins it works and I wanna do for my private maps as well

You can't do anything.

Don't trust anyone (not even family, best friend, etc.) with stuff that shouldn't have a chance on getting out to the public.

Maps are different than plugins, as they need to be on the client machines. As such, you cannot really keep them private.
