Can somebody remake this plugin? https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=90318

I need only those things:
When admin snapshootes a player it appears only in chat

Server: %servername%
Admin XXXX snapshooted you.
Name: XXXXX
Date: XXXXX Time: XXXX

+ Special file name: %mapname%%mytext%%number%
+ cvar: amx_ssban_mytext
