hi.. i want to know which hlds version best latest or 5758 to create pub server for windows vps... n plss tell how to decrease all player pings n stable n pls also tell server rates..

You have not said which game you want to host but i would stick with the latest hlds version provided by valve. (Since it is the only one you can legally obtain)

Yes, i just noticed, sorry. Well as i said i would stick with the latest hlds. It is the latest officially approved hlds version made by valve and i would only replace it if you encounter any problems. I don't play cs nor do i host servers but i host some tfc servers and i had to replace the binaries with an older version since the latest is too buggy.
For security reasons i would only install older binaries if they come from a trusted source.
