when the server has over 12 players..

the server just crash in 5mins....

is it problem of my hardware..?? or problem of the server..??

You need to provide more information, we aren't psychics.

Plugins? Error logs? Did you try doing basic things like ensuring your game is validated, making sure your sourcemod/metamod are up to date? So many things you could do to start.
