RAM.

And what's your upload speed?

EDIT: At least, I would assume it's RAM ... since your CPU is pretty damn good and your RAM sucks quite a bit ;-)
(relatively)

It sounds like you want to host a few servers off the same box. If thats the case, definitely add more ram to the box. You dont want to hit a choke point on that.

Its a server box, so not my home pc.
Upload speed is no problem since its hosted in a room of a hosting company.

So what would i need then to host 4-5 servers (20 slots each) on one box?

Lots and lots of memory.
I can't remember the charts, but you can google how much RAM a server needs per player slot.

IMO:

More ram and better cpu :/

With this one you can host 2 * 20 slots

One server needs about ~256MB

If you want run more than 2 20 slots servers ... rent 2 servers

I have seen that exact package somewhere but forgot where now. Also, don't be too hasty - sometimes companies limit your bandwidth speeds so that you can have that much bandwidth used (1000GB) but not actually be able to reach that without using bandwidth 24/7. Your line is going to be a 10mbit/s line almost 100% guaranteed shared with other servers meaning your MAX upload speed will be about 1.8MB/s. It would be difficult to run too many servers off of that computer ESPECIALLY if they are all full; shockingly no one mentioned the hard drive; that will bottleneck massively so when one/two servers are changing map, it will likely slow down or lag the server quite heavily. It depends how large the maps are.

That server needs to be upgraded in multiple different ways if you wanted to support everything there.

if you already have a dedicated server on a fast network why not just upgrade it? I assume its cheaper to get a ram upgrade done then it is pay for $1.50/slot+ servers renting.

I say add an additional 512mb of memory, should be no problem. unless you expect all 20 player servers to be full right off the bat, I wouldn't worry too much about CPU. You can always move a cs server to a rental later on if it becomes busy enough to justify it.
