menu not work (rework menu from amxbans)

This is menu from my friend and have a problem... sometimes not work. Choose player, choose the reason and nothing menu close and player not banned why ? Sometimes work and player is banned

mm to fix this problem menu to works normal and dont make this bug... with banned. this menu is reworked by friend and not a original menus. Sorry for bad english...
