Hello. Last time I need to find solution of problem with cheaters with dynamic IP. I have idea: Plugin checks value of "setinfo _cheater" at client's config. If user had line "setinfo _cheater 111", he would be disconnected immidiately. I think it is easy to make, but I am really noob at coding. I really hope you will help me. Thanks.

At Non-Steam STEAM_ID generates by IP (without emulator). Plz help.
