Attention all coders, CTG is looking for anyone who knows how to code or install plugins for TF2 servers. Our primary concern at the moment is for VIP plugins as people have already been requesting VIP on our servers and we have nothing to provide for them. Anyone who can set up VIP for us will be given free VIP on our servers permanently. The commands VIPs have access to are noclip, robot, grappling hook, color chat, a reserved slot, resize, priority support, and more coming soon. Hope you have a good time playing CTG just like us. We also have a website that will be finished in the future, thank you!

Just about everyone here who develops things already have their own servers / communities to support. Admin flags on other servers generally won't motivate much response. If you have something specific you are looking for, people might point you in the right direction though.

you can use the admin flag system to set up vip ranks.
one method I know beginners use is sourcebans since it is easy to use their web panel if you set it up on your web host.
