Does anyone know if Valve is banning servers based off of sv_tags/server name contents, or simply detections?

I saw this post: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showpo...47&postcount=6

but have heard people getting hit with bans regardless, just for the tag. I want to advertise that my server name that we have player skins but dont want to get an automatic ban thinking it is for weapon skins.

They are not banning for tags.
