Socket in plugin

ok so like i made a socket server in the plugin, it has to start up with the plugin but i dont know how.

I'm sure it has to do with this part:

what do i have to do to make the plugin do the void socket()?

the plugin runs fine etc but the whole socket doesnt work. (i this know because it should make a logfile first thing after the voidsocket() opens)
