Got this from our log

Code:
L 02/09/2010 - 18:26:50: Unexpected CVar Reply: ۞ҜGβ۞ЯЄĐGЯAИŦ (ID: STEAM_XXXXXXX | IP: XXXXXX) was kicked for unexpected reply with convar "r_drawrenderboxes" (not expecting; result "Okay") with value "0".
But the guy merely got kicked for this. Should this not be a ban cheat?

It could have been a connection issue.

Anyhow, a newer update will only result in a block instead of a kick now.

I noticed in my log Kigen there are a lot of cheat cvars with kick only. I also noticed since the .8 update it seems a lot more effective, it's picking up more bad cvars then ever before. Here's another one.

L 02/10/2010 - 15:23:07: Unexpected CVar Reply: [GOB] Assass1n (no sound) (ID: STEAM_XXXXXXX | IP: XXXXXXXX) was kicked for returning convar "r_drawparticles" (expecting "r_aspectratio") out of sync with value "1".

Should I be manually banning these people?

I just wanna say excellent work.

Anyone who runs this plugin and can afford it should send Kigen a couple extra bucks, he's doing something for the community that valve isn't willing to do, even though they could easily.

If KAC doesn't ban them I don't recommend banning them yourself.

That could be caused by the new way the timeout on CVar replies is being handled.
