As the title states, I was wondering if there was a way to restrict target filters (e.g. @all, @red, @me) to a certain flag.

Not easily, it would require a plugin to unregister and re-register the filters, with the new requiring admin flags.

Also some filters are hard coded.

Some filters can't be un-registered (select defaults), or are registered by other plugins anyways.

This is not a hard thing to do. You don't have to unregister or register anything new. You just have to pre-process every command and check if it's in the list of allowed commands and does the flag fit.

That would require the intercepting plugin to know which argument is the target argument, in every single command that takes a target argument. That is an absolutely crazy undertaking... which I love the sound of to be honest lol.

But yeah, the server admins would need to create a cfg file for this (as of yet non-existent) plugin which documents every command on the server. :\

Fix for what now?
