I'm after someone to write a plugin for me, budget $100 - $200.


I'm wanting a plugin where you could set a custom model to act as a player's shirt in CSS, so instead of re-doing a completely new model for the player, it is just a model that would wrap the bones around the chest area of a model, and custom display a "shirt" which could include logos, etc. However, there should be a way to change whether it is viewable ingame and in SourceTV, or just in SourceTV only (if possible).

Please post up whether someone is able to do this, expression of interest, bid and time frame. PM me if you want to discuss things further.
