Hello mates

I am here (one more time) for ask help to protect my servers against exploits/lag attacks. First was my CSS servers, after L4D2 servers then TF2 servers.

But now I am lucky to get exploit attacks in my CSGO servers. Its a tool that lags the server like hell for some minutes and then the server crashes.

I am using SMAC and forlix_floodcheck as protection. Also, my rcon port is blocked and only a white list can access.

Does someone know about those new tools that kids are using to lag CSGO servers? How can I stop it? I couldnt find any log about those crashes.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, my servers are Linux.

May be ddos attack like using UDP flood.
There's no way to defend it perfectly.

I think its exploits like CSS/TF2 that DOSP blocks. Unfortunately there isnt DOSP for CSGO.
