sm_map not working !!! cs:go

i have a cs:go server using DM mode using Bali's CS:GO dm plugin

sm_map does not work i am admin with full commands it does not change the map nor does changelevel work !!! i am using latest sourcemod and metamod any ideas help

your time is 0:00 ?
if yes restart server

because in my server sm_map is working
but sometime my time in server is 0:00 cannot change map or anything but if restart , it work
