I need help.. I want tf2 VIP plugin using mysql database.

Needed features:
Use mysql database (all VIPs users are here)
time left VIP
welcome message
player can toggle want he use welcoem message and it save mysql

and mysql tables:

vip_users -> "steamid, vipbuyed, vipend, permentedvip"
vip_user_settings "steamid, welcomemessage"

by time left VIP you mean when vip ends?

He probably means how much timeleft on the vip. Exampel 2 days,
