Can some1 else me get to the bottom of this? I have an HLTV that's not re-trying connection if I kicked it out my server

I'm hosting on a NFO centos7 VPS and I can get everything installed and connected.. parameters seem correct.. etc. Problem is it just doesnt wanna rejoin to server after my daily restarts.

I currently have autoretry enabled.

The console of my HLTV when it is booted shows this:

and then once I kicked it.. it attempts to retry but is never successful, here's what it says upon reconnections

if somebody has a way to fix this please let me know.. as the it's very important I get these HLTV's for my 5v5 pug matches


edit: solved by downloading fresh version and uploading manually (https://sourceforge.net/projects/cs1...ar.gz/download)
