Hello. I am looking for a plugin like faceit. where to register on a web page with their steam ID before you can join servern. some who know about such a plugin exist?

The best way to do this would be to create a local whitelist for the server, which is sent before the players connect or something, per server etc.
The cheap way is to check the database every time a client joins the server, which means they could connect all the way into the server before being kicked.
This would need more of a website to maintain those steamids, and a small server plugin that checks the database on connect. If you have the website that maintains the list of registered steamids I dont see this beeing too difficult to write up.
