Hello,

There are these messages sometilmes popping up in the middle, by plugins but can you also make such a message for yourself if a plugin doesn't have the feature ?

You can always edit a plugin to do so.

lol i'm not really a programmer.. it should be a "feature" before I can use it . Anyway i've seen the sm_hsay command, and when i type things in it , it's displayed in the hintbox. But I would like to use it automated.

hmm, it's a step in the right direction but I wish you could set the plugin to not spam the message every x seconds, but only show them in the beginning.
