Hello everybody,

I'm looking for a plugin that:
- Allows ADMIN spectators to hear microphones on a pug-type game (sv_alltalk 0)
- Forbids NORMAL PLAYERS spectators the same thing.

What's happening now is that I'm playing matches with sv_alltalk on 0 and generally spectators can't hear the players mic. But sometimes, don't know why, they can (i think there is a bug).

I'm about to start a championship in my server and I would like to handle this manually, so that spec admins (referees) get access to all of what's happening in the game (voices in this case).

If not.. a quick plugin that allows spectators (wheter they're admins or not) to hear all mics (yet when sv_alltalk is set to 0) will do...
