This plugins makes so if you shoot on a Counter Terorist and you are terroist you will gain random hp from 10-30 like if you have 100 hp and you shoot one and and you gaing 28 hp you have 128 hp but the hp will reset on next round to 100!

The plugins do not do the same thing.

However this seems a little too basic to me, you could do cvars because I believe a full damage leech is a little overpowered.
