I host a server and around 10 minutes after people join their cs crashes, could anyone help me? I already thought of having to much heroes but I really dont want to do all that stuff again. Anyone have any ideas that would help before I do the heroes?

first of all read the posting rules.

does it actually "crash" or just boot them off the server? There is a sticky in bug reports about "SVC_BAD" you might be having that problem.
