Yes, but it's not accessible using SetEntProp, etc... unless they gained support for CUtlVector tables since I last checked.

Having said that, is there some reason you don't want to use the TF2Items extension or TF2Attributes plugin?

I'm editing a plugin that already doesn't use TF2Items, and I don't want to port it to TF2Items.

You're either going to have to use TF2Attributes (it doesn't depend on TF2Items at all) or do the same calls yourself anyways.
