Try to use in startup line

-pingboost 0 - No optimization
-pingboost 1 - Low optimization
-pingboost 2 - Medium optimization
-pingboost 3 - Hight optimization (Hight CPU Usage too)

And combine with +sys_ticrate 1000 to optmize the server side FPS

I thought -pingboost is linux only ..
