I just got a l4d2 server.
I need to know the best rates for it such as sv_minrate and sv_maxrate.etc
And can i handle it?
servers on the machine:
1 css minigames server
2 tf2 orange x3 servers
2 quake servers
1 l4d2 server(ofcourse)

l4d2 server: 16 player coop expert. z_mob_max_size is 60 and min is 30 and max infected is 6 and max tanks is 3

machine specs:

Processor: Intel® Xeon® Processor E3-1270 
(8M Cache, 3.40 GHz)
ram: 4 gb
internet speed: 100 mbps

mob max size is advisable upto 75 and no more, max infected can go up to 10 easily, tanks can go up to 10 as well,
