Maybe someone have plugin to do that:

From AMXX plugin saves to SQL Table the follow:

Total Admin Time online
When any Admin join into server (date and time)
What commands he use (amx)
Admins chat logs

And then these infos put into a .php file from SQL Table with the follow line:

Username | Total Time Online | J Date | J Time | Command & Time | Chat Log
Test | 1230 hours | 4/5/2011 20:00 | amx_ban | haha
