I want to know that why when some players come in the server and make the server not responding. I want a plugin to kick or ban all those type of players. I know that this is not the forum but still any one can help me please.

Dude the problem is that some players when connect to the server make the server not respond able. Server lags and doesn't responds like hammering.
if someone doesnt know - hamerring is when a client connects constantly to get into the server(wich lag and make the server unresponsible to server browser) Got it?

get better rates for your server (server.cfg)
ping kicker
afk kicker (just to be safe )
and are there any errors in amxmodx/logs?

Done all this. and no errors.

Remove all plugins, remove amx and remove cs
Then install latest cs and update it with steam,
next start da server and check if it crashes, if it does then its your luck
But if it works then continue to troubleshoot by installing everything one by one to know da problem
