I've been trying to make a plugin, that i will explain later, but it doesnt go out right. I'm just a starter so please someone make such a plugin for me.
Explanation of the plugin:
CT's will spawn with 5,000 hp and all weapons including armor 100 and all nades, 2 flash, 1 smoke and he nade (dont include awp and scout). The weapons has 200 ammo each e.g

cs_set_user_bpammo(id, CSW_DEAGLE, 200);

T's will spawn with only knife, 100 armor and all the nades with only 2 flash and 1 smoke/he nade. And 50,000 hp
This plugin can only be activated when an admin types /startgame e.g

Once it's activated everyone will be respawned... there will be a HUD countdown (like HideNSeek Mod) for Terrorist from 10 to 0. whilest the countdown is ongoing, the Ts cannot move and has godmode for that time. Once the 10 seconds are over they can move.
Thats all i want in my plugin. I've tried a lot of things to make this plugin but i keep failing, so i want someone to please make it for me. I'm a new coder and it didnt take me very long to get half way so i think it wouldnt take long for some good coders out there. Please help!
