[Role Play] Standalone talkarea.

Heya. This is a standalone talkarea, made from parts exclusively
taken out of Harbu's talkarea. It has the basic commands like ooc,
cnn and advert, and can be used on any server, not sure on any
mod tho. Im just posting this becouse i saw i still had it. Enjoy...

Note: Just to make sure, i took every single thing out of Harbu's
talk area.

i just did this becouse i had no talkarea for my server with avalanches roleplay plugins, i didn't mean it to be something i would be proud of... I just find it useful, and i thought that maybe other people do too.

Meh I guess it could be useful with avalanches even though i never used his lol.
