Hello ... A few days ago i put SH in my server but i have a problem... i'm admin on amxmodx, and only i get Xp, no one gains xp ...

The message that appears on my friends screen are : Your XP will be loaded next round ..

After the round ends it continues the same..

The server is not dedicated ...

amxmodx version: v1.8.0.3

Not enough information to go on.

Post the output from rcon commands "amxx plugins" and "meta list".
Also, what type of server is this, is it a listen server?

Yes it's a listen server.. I bought the server from a "company" ...

I already put sh_loadimmediate to 1 in shconfig but it doesn't work ... :s

That's not correct. If you really are renting a server then you must be running a Stand-Alone Dedicated server, otherwise that would be pretty stupid.

Though you are still not supplying enough information, without the results for the rcon commands I can not help you as I do not know what you are running. I'm not going to spend my time explaining it use google or search the forums or something.
