Hey plz can any one help me to create a clan sv from home.... i want to start a clan sv from home and i have created bt no one can connect online so any one can help me then plz tell me.....

Downlod SteamCMD, install a server, open your port, done.

it's to create a standard server (HLDS), not a clan sv. make it then personalize it.
