I installed
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=2149116 on my dedicated server, added countdown sounds (from 10 to 1) added file path to c4soundslist.cfg in configs folder. Text countdown works fine, but sounds don't play. I read a lot of tutorials, and searched for solution. I found that I must enter snd_rebuildaudiocache command in console, so I entered this, and now sound works, but only for me. If I try to play a sound for friend or somebody (sm_play @all <file_path>) this person doesn't hear this sound. Other players must enter snd_rebuildaudiocache command on their own. Sorry for no logs, but it looks like "<file_path>: Can't create mixer"
I want to do that player joins the server, downloads these sounds, and can hear them without any console commands.

PS 2. The sounds are downloading from server, so precaching works.
