hostname in unicode

I saw some server running host name with unicode such as chinese, but my server's hostname is blank when put unicode in config. I want to figure out how to have hostname with unicode

sorry if I am wrong, cause I don't know anything about sourcemod, but I don't think that's related to it.
this is a way to make it for hlds (hl1 servers), I hope it's the same way for you: server name

yes i put on server.cfg and get blank hostname haha

Put the server.cfg file encoding to UTF-8
