Guys, I play in one of the best world deathrun servers. but ... I see some of players like 25% do bunnyhop sooo nice while there's no bunnyhop plugin installed ( They are not hackers )

Learn to bhop good as them? Im very, and i mean it, very good at bhopping, and i havent done something. If you have a good mouse, i use Razer Deathadder, good computer with at least 2 GB RAM and at least 2,0 GHz Processor, it will work.
