amx_super help

I can't seem to get amx_super to work. I have all the files in the right places and I added amx_super.amxx to the plugins.ini but it still wont work. I added a paracute and it works fine. What could be the problem?

amxx modules

meta list

I bought the server from veeservers, I don't know if that makes a difference?

Ok right now I have another problem also. Each time I restart the server something wont work. I had it so you can spray as much as you want and now you can't. Then I had it so you could join spec team and now it wont. I have sv_allowspectator set to 1. What could be causing this?

Type it in server console, HLSW or use rcon to do it in-game.

Through all that, I noticed it's saying bad plugin for amx_super. What could be causing that?
