sky (dark). (night time)(not too dark but nightvision is a option) . can you put a few lights ( 5) in the ct area.
All ct have no weapons. cars = trucks with 4 people person seats plz.
armoury is two levels top level is look out bottom is armoury = weapons 1 primary = m4 or ak47 3 secondary = deagle,usp, and p223. one light in terrorist spawn near car garage. ct buy zone only get secondary weapons ( if you can make that possible) terrorist spawn in a building. ct spawn in like tents. its all dirt except for road,pool , ocean near armoury. everything else mountain and trees. cts area aka spawn , boxes have fense around the boot camp. The first map :

The main problem in the size .
Some distance are too long that make the "world" visually desapeare if u stand in one extremity and look to the oposite extremity.
some area are too closes to put montains.

And the third problem (wich is the most important) the map is opened (like inside a big boxe) , wich will make the game engine continuously calculate too much unusefull brushes (blocs) at the same time : that make lags (obiouvsly) and the system -most of time- will be be out of memory.

To have an idea of what your map will looke like download the attached file
the archive contain the map (.bsp)
(it a "quickmade" version let we call it 00 > just to let you have an apercu )
And also the .rmf (valve hammer editor)
it can be considered as a platform (i'm in doubt at this point) for other mappers who want to help you .

What should you do :

First, you must rearrange the map : reduce the xy area and use the z dimension to add tunels ,corridors ,subways ...etc .
Secondly, keep in mind : big maps are not made into one big boxe but they are somme of separated rooms wich has skies as roof (in outdoors area).
Finaly, determine what kind of map you want (targets in the picture are they hostages ?!)
For distances :
you can take awp_map (or other sniper map) as exemple to evaluate them.

Plz don't ask me to make the map :
1.it requires lot of time
2.higher hardware for compiling
3.lot of wok if you need specefic texture.
